We are affiliated with Designs For Living, an
established and respected Direct-from-the-Quarry granite importer. All our
granite tops are custom factory-fabricated specifically for YOUR home. We
personally measure and template your kitchen and baths. This takes about 45
minutes and is done by Lee and Rose Reid, local residents in Apollo Beach.
Lee is a Florida Certified General Contractor CGC 005398. Lee is also
a partner with Designs For Living and heavily involved in hotel renovations,
franchisor-required Property Improvement Plans (PIPs); and supplying
furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to the hospitality industry.
How Do You Beat Home Depot Promotional Granite
Prices?
When the next hotel renovations Master Container is ordered we include your
home's granite counter and vanity tops as a part of the overall hotel
renovations Master Shipment. In this way we save significant fabrication,
transportation, and insurance costs. We then pass on these savings to
you.
Who Does My Installation?
We do. And we use only experienced,
professional, courteous Installers. Once the master container is
received we separate the granite according to its final destination. For
example, we have several upcoming granite installations in Sun City Center.
When received, these jobs will be put on our truck and delivered from the
Orlando warehouse by our installers.
Do You Supply Sinks?
We supply high-quality under mount sinks that are
required for granite counter and vanity installations. Our 18-guage
stainless steel, double compartment kitchen sink
is only $180 installed.
Bath vanity sinks are only $60 in white porcelain, $80 in bone color, and
