Shopping Center at MiraBay Village

Apollo Beach, FL., July 1, 2008 – Crosland Inc., one of the leading developers in the southeast, has announced the opening of the 31-acre village center at the perimeter of MiraBay, the 750-acre waterfront community in Apollo Beach just outside of Tampa.

Anchored by a 50,000 square foot Sweetbay Supermarket, the site will include 175,000 square feet of specialty shops, restaurants, and office space in addition to 80 townhomes. The architectural style of the village will reflect the coastal living design associated with MiraBay, featuring fine workmanship and thoughtful features. The Sweetbay Grand Opening is in August 2008.

Signature design elements for which Crosland is known are found throughout the property including extra wide pedestrian sidewalks, a fountain plaza, as well as heavily landscaped and programmed hardscaped areas for outdoor dining and entertainment.
